The Initial assessment is the starting place for your horses treatment. We will take a detailed history and do a dynamic observation as well as beginning treatment and deciding the best course of action for you and your horse.

After an Initial assessment, maintenance appointments are recommended. the regularity of appointments can be decided upon based on what suits you and your horse best.

An alternative to the regular sports massage pre and post event massage is specifically designed around the event. Pre event massage will promote blood flow and gently work out any area's of tension, it will utilise a combination of massage techniques and stretching to ensure your horse is in tip top shape and ready for your event. Events can be both physically and mentally stressful for both you and your horse, Travel, High demanding performance, Travel back, This often means the horse keeps a great amount of tension in the muscles Working this out is incredibly beneficial to the horse and aids in recovery.

Kinesiology taping is a, proven, hugely beneficial assistance to treatment and massage, you have probably seen people and horses that have Kinesiology tape on!
